You must bring your matching cardholder Photo ID. If you do not have this when you come to pick-up, we cannot offer you the food, and you will be offered a refund to the original payment instead. You will receive a refund in 4-7 business days.
We will submit all our proof of documents for any fraudulent behavior, such as chargeback frauds, with criminal reports to the local police, including all information related to you and the order. This includes, and not limited to, any recording or photograph of you at the time of pick-up, provided proof at the time of pick-up, receipt, and any information given to us in-person and online.
